Cancellation options

Cancellation rules depend on what you booked (for example an inspection or a wallet transaction) and what the host or plan terms allow. The Terms of Service are the legal backstop; this page summarises common situations in plain language.

Inspections and viewings

Guests can withdraw a request before it is accepted, subject to any message the host already relied on. After acceptance, cancel or reschedule in the booking or message thread so both sides have a record. Repeated late cancellations may affect account standing.

Listing changes

Hosts can pause or unpublish listings when a unit is unavailable. Edits to price or availability may take a short time to appear in search. Removing a listing does not erase past messages required for compliance.

Wallet and payments

Payment processor rules apply to refunds and chargebacks. If a charge succeeded but the service did not occur as described, contact support with references. Resolution timelines vary by bank and method.

Organisation or subscription billing

Where your workspace has recurring billing, cancellation and renewal dates are shown in organisation settings. Downgrades may take effect at the end of the current period unless stated otherwise.
