Trust on Efiewura
Safety
Efiewura is a marketplace that connects people with listings. We work to reduce fraud and abuse, but everyone should take sensible precautions — especially before money changes hands or you meet someone in person.
Visits and inspections
- Prefer daytime viewings in well-lit, public or attended buildings when possible.
- Tell a friend or family member where you are going and when you expect to return.
- Confirm the address, access instructions, and who will meet you — keep the conversation in-app.
- Walk away if you feel pressured, if the unit does not match the listing, or if you are asked to bypass normal booking flows.
Payments
- Be wary of requests to wire funds to personal accounts before you have a legitimate lease or platform receipt.
- Compare rent and fees to the published listing; question last-minute changes.
- Efiewura staff will not ask for your password or full card details by email or SMS.
Hosts and landlords
- Verify guest identity in line with your policies and local law; keep messages on-platform where required.
- Do not share bank passwords or one-time codes with anyone claiming to be "support".
Reporting concerns
Email support@efiewura.app with screenshots, listing URLs, and a short timeline. We may suspend accounts or content while we review. Serious threats may be referred to law enforcement when appropriate.
